Credit Committee — layout mocks v2

Same design system as the app (IBM Plex, existing tokens, chrome untouched). Same Harborview run data in all three. Only the page structure differs — pick the information architecture you want and the real page gets refactored to it.

1Decision Docket

Sticky decision rail (verdict, vote docket, conditions, limitations) on the left; the full meeting record — briefing, presentations, debate, synthesis, evidence — reads top-to-bottom on the right. Verdict always in view while you read.

3Committee Console

Dense workspace: verdict + metric band up top, committee matrix (votes, confidence bars, one-line stances) on the left, and a tabbed inspector (Analysis / Debate / Evidence / Synthesis) on the right. Everything above the fold, drill-down driven.
